The company, formed in 1988, is engaged in the design and sale of digital equipments; the design and production of real-time data acquisition and analog to digital conversion products for the embedded sensor processing market as well as image processors and video trackers for the embedded computing market; and the surface-mount assembly of electronic sub-systems. It has two operating businesses: Radstone Embedded Computing and Foundation Technology. Radstone Embedded Computing is the primary business of Radstone Technology, and comprises three operating divisions, namely, Radstone Digital Processing; ICS (Interactive Circuits & Systems) Limited; and Octec Limited. Radstone Digital Processing delivers a market leading range of solutions including single board computers; digital signal processors; graphics; and networking and communications modules. ICS (Interactive Circuits & Systems) Limited is a world leader in the development of software defined radio, digital signal and sensor processing, as well as data acquisition systems. Octec Limited is an innovator and world leader in real-time video tracking and image processing solutions. iTS The Foundation Technology division IS a specialist provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), serving the Embedded Computing business, as well as a growing list of British-based external customers. It focuses on the needs of original equipment manufacturers who seek to outsource the manufacture of small to medium size batches of complex electronic products.
