The company has a registered head office based in Langbroek, Netherlands.The company operates through two segments, industrial services and flow control. The industrial services segment offers products, processes, and systems to specific market segments, including semiconductor, automotive, metal, electronics, precision engineering, medical, aerospace, defense, and energy. This segment provides wafers used in producing integrated switches; connectors for electrical windows and roofs; metal parts, including surface treatment for shock absorbers; composed knee prostheses; pressure regulation valves for gas or oxygen bottles; dermatological equipment used for skin transplants in hospitals and burn wound centers; and precision stamping parts, as well as engages in vacuum welding, assembling, and heat treatment of end caps for gas turbines. The flow control segment engages in the development, production, and assembly of products and systems for the distribution and regulation of liquids and gases. This segment focuses on the housing market, commercial buildings, private and public new-builds and renovation, utility networks, district heating and cooling, fire protection, irrigation systems, beer and soft drinks industry, laboratory systems, and industrial markets. It provides hot water tap systems, including heat exchangers and valves; floorboards, distributors, plastic piping systems, and valves; sprinkler systems used to fight fire; valves for district heating projects; swing heads; a range of plastic fittings and valves; backflow valves; tap systems consisting of heads, insulated tubes, and pipes; and pressure regulation valves.
