I consumatori “sarebbero stati tra l’altro ostacolati nell’accesso agli atti dei fascicoli con comportamenti dilatori e ostruzionistici”. Per accertare tali comportamenti il 26 novembre sono state condotte ispezioni nelle sedi delle tre società, in collaborazione con il Nucleo Speciale Antitrust della Guardia di Finanza.
