Rogo Thyssenkrupp. Condanna definitiva a 5 anni per due manager tedeschi

Dovranno scontare cinque anni di reclusione in Germania i due ex manager della Thyssenkrupp condannati in via definitiva il 13 maggio 2016 da un tribunale italiano a 9 e 6 anni rispettivamente per il rogo nella notte del 6 dicembre 2007, a Torino, in cui persero la vita sette operai: i loro ricorsi in appello sono stati respinti da una corte distrettuale di Essen che ha dichiarato attuabili le condanne pronunciate in Italia, adeguando la pena detentiva a quelle previste dalla legge tedesca. Dopo la sentenza di oggi, i due ex manager verranno incarcerati in Germania non appena sarà eseguita la sentenza. Gli avvocati annunciano già che ricorreranno ancora al terzo grado di giudizio, come la Cassazione per l'Italia, ma non dovrebbe esserci modo a questo punto di fermare l'esecuzione nel frattempo.
