Its premiere brands include Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy, Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Bliss, Fresh, BeneFit, Donna Karan, Givenchy, Kenzo, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, TAG Heuer, Ebel, Chaumet, and Fred. It operates approximately 1,500 stores worldwide. Its current business plan aims to tightly control the brands it manages, in order to maintain and heighten the perception of luxury, relating to its products. To expand its fragrance and cosmetics holdings in the United States, the company invested in four American beauty products companies: Hard Candy, Bliss Spa, BeneFit Cosmetics, and Make Up For Ever. It also established a watch and jewelry division, which included a Swiss watch maker, Tag Heuer AG. It also acquired watch makers Zenith, Ebel, and Chaumet. It also owns luxury retailers, including DFS Group Ltd., a group of duty-free stores, and Sephora, a cosmetics and perfume chain. The company entered into strategic partnership with Italian fashion company Prada, to remain competitive in the marketplace.
