Strukton Integrale Projecten operates in the area of concession-related projects and attaches a great deal of importance to the further development of different types of public-private partnership (PPP). For many years, Strukton Integrale Projecten has been a pioneer in this area in the Netherlands. Servica Facilitair is facility service provider. Within the broad area of facility management, Servica offers a wide range of services in the area of building operation and maintenance. WorkSphere is also a facility service provider, carrying out maintenance on all types of buildings. It executes all activities related to building management service, the maintenance of all systems and buildings, and the execution of relocations and spatial management. Strukton Materieel takes responsibility for laying out the construction site, leases equipment such as formwork, scaffolding and units, and supplies a range of auxiliary materials. For example, Strukton Materieel supplied Strukton Bouwprojekten with equipment and services for constructing the South Tower in Hoofddorp.The engineering firm T&E Consult is playing an important role in both tendering for and carrying out complex works.
