It was established in 2007 and has its registered head office strategically located in Essen, Germany.The company is principally engaged in the management of the spin-off and mine closures of coal mining divisions of RAG Group, in the German states of North-Rhine Westphalia and Saarland; and the non-coal mining activities of Evonik Group.
