It markets its products under the trade names: Pittsburgh Paints, Olympic, Porter, Monarch, Lucite, PPG HPC (High Performance Coatings), CR39, Aquapel, Glaxis, Trivex and Transitions, among others. The company is the world's leading supplier of sealants, coatings, aircraft maintenance chemicals, transparent armor, transparencies, and application systems, serving original equipment manufacturers and maintenance providers for the commercial, military, regional jet and general aviation industries. It aims to become the world's leading coatings and specialty products and services company, serving customers in construction, consumer products, industrial and transportation markets and aftermarkets.
