It is one of the country's largest manufacturers of bedding and residential furnishing products with its inventive heritage spans more than 100 years.The company is also engaged in manufacturing of industrial materials such as wire and steel tube and specialized items like quilting machinery and commercial truck equipment. Its customers are furniture retailers and manufacturers of automobiles, construction-related products, furniture and bedding, and garden and yard equipment.The company organizes its business into 29 business units which are divided into 11 groups segregated into five segments. It has operations in Asia, especially in China installed with 11 production facilities. It has other operations abroad including Canada, Mexico and Europe.
