A number of passengers at Frankfurt Airport stands at 51 million, making it number two in Europe and the seventh largest worldwide. It is listed on both the Xetra and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Its goal is to create sustained growth in all segments of the airport management value chain.The company's operations are carried out through four segments: Aviation, Grounding handling, Retail and properties and External activities. The Aviation division focuses on the flight and terminal operations as well as for airport and aviation security. The Ground handling segment provides aviation ground services such as aircraft handling, passenger and cargo services. The Retain and properties division includes renting of shops and offices, parking facility management and marketing of properties. The company, through its subsidiaries, is also active in countries like United States, Turkey, Greece, Austria, Malta, the Philippines, Peru, the United Kingdom, China, Belgium and Hong Kong.
