Sede in Olanda, Campari si cautela dal rischio che Covid-19 gonfi i recessi e il titolo vola

Campari si attrezza contro il rischio che i recessi affondino l’annunciata operazione di trasferimento della sede legale in Olanda, che dovrà essere approvata dall’assemblea dei soci il 27 marzo. E il mercato apprezza, con il titolo in crescita con punte di oltre il 10%, in forte recupero dopo i ribassi dei giorni scorsi a causa del congelamento della vita sociale imposto dai protocolli per fermare l’avanzata del Coronavirus.

Campari sposta la sede legale in Olanda, utile a 308 milioni

Il gruppo Davide Campari chiude il 2019 con un fatturato di 1,842 miliardi e un utile di 308 milioni (0,055 euro il dividendo per azione proposto, in crescita del 10% sull’anno precedente), e annuncia l’intenzione di trasferire in Olanda la sede legale (mantenendo quella fiscale in Italia). Una scelta, spiegano gli amministratori, legata alla volontà di proseguire nel percorso di crescita per linee esterne, potenziando inoltre il sistema di voto maggiorato.
