Its activities are carried through four divisions: Basic Ingredients (sugar, fructose and inulin); Industrial Alcohol and Bioethanol; Compound Ingredients (including fine bakery specialties, sauces, marinades, mixes, spices, and fruit and vegetable applications); Potato Products (including chilled, frozen and dried potato products and a wide range of other prepared potato specialties).The company tailored the individual needs of its customers, including food manufacturers, foodservice organizations (restaurants, caterers and wholesalers) and chain stores. It offers a broad selection of products and a wide range of compound ingredients for use in snacks, bakery products, soft drinks and the foodservice sector.For research and quality control, the company has its own research and development organisation, Cosun Food Technology Centre (CFTC). CFTC is the Cosun knowledge and expertise centre for product development, process technology, analysis and research.
