It has developed considerable wind power expertise, and Statkraft Agder Energi Vind is planning to build wind parks in several places in Norway.The company has district heating plants in Kristiansand and Arendal. It owns and has operational responsibility for the regional and distribution grids in both Agder counties, i.e. a total of 21,300 kilometres of lines. The company has 195,000 grid customers in Agder.The company's end user company is LOS, which is Norway's largest power supplier, supplying electricity to over 150,000 customers in the private market. In the corporate market, LOS enjoys a strong position among Norway's largest national power suppliers.It has around 1,400 employees and is one of the largest enterprises in Sørlandet (Southern Norway).
